As the Province of La Union marks its 169th Foundation Anniversary, Miss La Union (Mutia Ti La Union in Ilocano) will once again bring the fairest beauties of the province.
Mutia Ti La Union is an Annual Beauty Pageant Search in The Province of La Union in the Philippines. Started last 2002 during the Foundation anniversary of the Province (March 2, 1850).
Other activities have been started at the La Union Agri-Tourism Village.
Poro Point Freeport Zone (PPFZ) is proud to host this Big and Star Studded Event here in the province for the second time around.

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
