PPMC continues to be ISO certified.

Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) passed, with flying colors, the First Surveillance Audit for the continuance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification.

A whole-day TUV NORD Philippines, Inc. interview was done on December 5, 2022, at the PPMC Administration Building. The said meeting was attended by PPMC Vice Presidents, Managers, and the Support Group.

The PPMC President did not participate for he was attending on the same day the GCG EXIT CONFERENCE FOR 2021 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Manila. PPMC has been ISO certified since 2015 and continues to hold this honored certification to guarantee high-quality and efficient services for its stakeholders.

Poro Point Management Corporation

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
