PPMC attends the 27th National Convention of CREBA Day 1

TODAY: Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) is showcasing the Business Opportunities inside the Poro Point Freeport Zone at the 27th National Convention of Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Association (CREBA) which is being held at the Agora Events Center, Thunderbird Resorts – Poro Point.
CREBA is an organization of more than 4,000 firms, individuals and associations that are involved in land and housing, construction, allied industries and various professional fields of discipline.
CREBA National Convention is the biggest national gathering of all stakeholders in the real estate industry.
PPMC is promoting PPFZ as an investment destination here in North Luzon during the said event.

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
