PPMC led by its President and CEO, Atty. Felix S. Racadio, participated in the orientation on the CREATE MORE and its IRR and Consultation on the Draft Guidelines Implementing the Enhanced Deductions Regime (EDR) held on April 30, 2025 in Baguio City.

The event was attended by Luzon-based Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) and Registered Business Enterprises (RBEs). Also in attendance were PPMC Business Development Manager Ms. Eliza Maconocido, Finance Manager Ms. Lenima Judan, and Enterprise Regulations Officer Ms. Mary Jane Ramos.

The orientation aims to discuss the salient provisions of the CREATE MORE Act, its IRR and other related issuances, while the consultation aims to discuss and gather valuable insights from IPAs and RBEs to ensure the effective implementation of the law, particularly on the availment of the EDR.

Enacted on November 8, 2024, the CREATE MORE Act strengthened the original CREATE Act by further enhancing the tax incentives regime of the country, making it more globally competitive and investment-friendly.
