Description:
“All individuals, entities, or representatives who are in possession of stock certificates previously issued by PORO POINT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (PPMC) or who are parties to any Deeds of Assignment, Trust Agreements, or similar instruments affecting such stock certificates, ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TO SURRENDER THE SAID DOCUMENTS TO PPMC for purposes of verification, validation, and proper recording in the books of the Corporation.”
Failure to comply with the deadline for submission, which is on JULY 18, 2025, shall render the aforementioned documents null and void. PPMC/BCDA shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such non-compliance.

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
