Driving Excellence: PPMC Holds 16th Management Review

Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) conducted its 16th Management Review on November 13, 2025, at the PPMC Administration Building.

The Management Review served as a platform for evaluating corporate performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and promoting continuous improvement across all departments.

During the session, management presented the company’s key performance indicators, quality objectives, and significant milestones, including the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) results. PPMC achieved an impressive 99.27% customer satisfaction rating for external services and 99.95% for internal services, surpassing established benchmarks and reaffirming the PPMC’s strong commitment to service excellence and stakeholder engagement.

This underscores PPMC’s dedication to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability. PPMC acknowledges the continued support and cooperation of its Board of Directors, management team, employees, and stakeholders in pursuing its continued success.

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
