On July 2, 2026, Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) successfully conducted its 17th Management Review, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Management Review, which is held semi-annually, serves as a vital platform for evaluating the established quality management system by assessing accomplishments vis-a-vis    established organizational targets, measuring stakeholders’ satisfaction and determining compliance with international and local standards.
A key highlight of the meeting was PPMC’s exceptional 99.90% client satisfaction rating, reflecting the high level of satisfaction expressed by both internal and external clients with the quality of services delivered by the organization.
Through these initiatives, PPMC continues to strengthen organizational effectiveness and service excellence, directly advancing toward its long-term vision.

Poro Point Management Corporation

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
