Bases Conversion Development Authority President & CEO Ms. Aileen Anunciacion R. Zosa and other BCDA officials personally visited PPMC on December 12, 2022.

PPMC welcomed President Zosa and company through a breakfast briefing to discuss PPMC’s important concerns and future. After which, a familiarization tour and inspection of the PPFZ was led by PPMC President & CEO, Atty. Felix S. Racadio.

The said event was also attended by Members of the PPMC Board of Directors Joel Caringal, Rico Gadian, Bill Flores, Nicky Oller, and PPMC’s Mancom.

Poro Point Management Corporation

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
