Mutia ti Sudipen Divina Marie Villanueva is the newly crowned Mutia ti La Union 2020 following the footsteps of her fellow kababayan in Sudipen, Ms. Meghan Sanglay, the Mutia Ti La Union 2019.
The Provincial Government of La Union in celebration of the 170th Foundation Anniversary of the province staged the Grand Coronation Night of Mutia ti La Union at the Poro Point Baywalk with Events Center, Poro Point Freeport Zone, City of San Fernando, La Union on March 2, 2020.

The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station. The enactment of Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act) on March 19, 1992 and Proclamation No. 216 on July 27, 1993 effectively transferred the stewardship of the Freeport to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to facilitate its conversion into a productive economic growth center.
